Our AlphaLight cutlery uses durable hard-anodized aerospace aluminum alloy combined with a smooth, strong shape to create an extremely lightweight cutlery. Hard anodizing creates a kind of "exoskeleton", making the cutlery shape slimmer and lighter. This hardened shell encloses the aluminum, eliminating the risk of the alloy leaching into the food.
