• Use Nikwax Tech Wash® in the washing machine...

  Tech Wash® can be applied undiluted to stubborn stains with a sponge or brush before washing. Remove all non-washable parts. Shake product well before use. Follow care instructions. Do not use conventional detergents.

  1. Remove all detergent residue from the detergent compartment.
  2. Place garment(s) in the washing machine (maximum 2 items).
  3. Use 150ml in medium hard and hard water areas and 100ml in soft water areas for 1-2 parts.
  4. Wash according to care instructions.

  Nikwax Tech Wash® can be applied by hand...

  Use gloves.

  1. Immerse garment(s) in 6L of lukewarm water in a bowl.
  2. Use 150ml in medium hard and hard water areas* and 100ml in soft water areas for 1-2 parts.
  3. Rinse three times in clean water.

  * If your kettle gets calcified quickly, then you have hard water.

  
  

  For hard water, use 200ml.

  Clothes treated with Nikwax Tech Wash® do not need to be dry before the waterproofing is renewed...

  
  

  If waterproofing is not required, air dry or tumble dry on a low heat if the care instructions allow. Items do not need to be dried before waterproofing. Use Nikwax TX.Direct® to waterproof breathable garments, Nikwax Tent & Gear Solarproof® for equipment and Nikwax Cotton Proof™ for cotton, canvas and polyester/cotton.
