This hybrid approach shoe offers almost unlimited possibilities when it comes to moving fast in the mountains. It is equally designed for ticking off trail kilometers, jumping from boulder to boulder and for scrambling in flat terrain. The synthetic upper is particularly light, offers protection and is equipped with a GORE-TEX® membrane that ensures waterproofness without sacrificing breathability. The dual density EVA midsole delivers the performance of a trail running shoe, but the TPU arch insert provides stability and torsion control, making the Rapid a hybrid that is suitable for both trail running and approaching. The Dynamic Protection System insert is used in the forefoot area and improves the drive and edge stability of the shoe. The Vibram® outsole made of Megagrip rubber compound offers unbeatable friction properties and a climbing zone in the big toe area. snow under your feet? Muddy trails? No problem for the Rapid GTX.
