Classic racing glove, here with additional reinforcements developed in collaboration with ski racer Sara Hector. A ceramic material provides extra resistance when in contact with snow and ice, while flexible foam padding protects against impacts. Made of impregnated goatskin with external seams for perfect grip.
In giant slalom, ski gloves are usually subjected to enormous stress. In collaboration with Swedish ski racer Sara Hector, Hestra has developed this extremely robust 5-finger glove - as the stronger big sister of the classic RSL Comp Vertical Cut. With a particularly durable and protective backhand that is also pleasantly flexible to enable an optimal grip on the pole.
The GSL Race Comp is made from robust goat leather from Hestra and has additional reinforcements made from synthetic suede and ceramic material on the fingers and knuckles. The pre-shaped fingers with external seams ensure optimal grip, while the flexible foam padding on the back of the hand protects against impacts. Inner lining made from soft, brushed polyester and warm, moisture-wicking Primaloft Gold synthetic filling. Leather strap with Velcro fastening for a perfect fit on the wrist.
